FAQs
When will my purchase arrive? TOP Most of our items will ship directly from our office location (League City, TX) within 4 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for monogrammed items. We ship using FedEx Ground (1-5 business day delivery time) or USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). Anne Michelle Gifts and Designs cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carriers. You will receive an approximate delivery date with your order tracking email. If you need an item quickly, please contact us. We offer express overnight delivery for an additional charge. How much is shipping? TOP Shipping costs are calculated according to the total price of your order (see chart below).
How do I use a coupon? TOP If you received a discount coupon from us (% off coupons only), simply add the code to the coupon box on the bottom of our website and hit "go". You will see a "% off applied" above the product pages. The discount will be automatically deducted during checkout. If you have a $10.00 off coupon or gift certificate, please insert the code during checkout in the voucher text box. You may only use one coupon/discount per order. Do you want to receive coupons/discounts? Simply sign up for our newsletter. Our mailing list subscribers receive monthly coupons/promotions that are not available to the general public. If you are having difficulties applying coupon codes, please contact us. We will be happy to deduct your discount on your order. Can you send me a catalog? TOP We do not currently offer a printed catalog of our products. Please visit our sitemap to see a list of all our products. When is my credit card charged? TOP Per our merchant account, your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If you feel uncomfortable having your credit card charged before shipping, please contact us. We will be more than happy to give you a call and take your billing information over the phone and charge your credit card when item(s) have shipped. I received an error message during checkout - why? TOP We take many security measures to ensure all orders are not fraudulent. If you attempt to place an order and you receive a message that it cannot be processed, it may be due to either an incorrect billing address or credit card security code. The billing address of the credit card must match the credit card billing address on file. You must also have the 3 digit security code on the back (or front for American Express) to process your order. Another reason for error messages is the credit card you are using originates in another country. Do you share customer information with other companies? TOP We do not share any customer information with other companies.
